Our bar and our sun-kissed terrace café, with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountain landscape, await you with refreshing drinks and ice cream sundaes, homemade cakes, delicious snacks, as well as wonderful aperitifs. We also serve 100% Arabica organic Fairtrade coffee from Caroma, of the highest quality, roasted right here in South Tyrol in Völs am Schlern. The bar and terrace café are open daily and welcome not only our hotel guests but also external visitors.

The Fines Restaurant serves a variety of refined delights from traditional South Tyrolean cuisine, as well as Mediterranean specialties and signature creations, all prepared with great attention to detail by our head chef David. Let yourself be spoiled and enjoy our dishes in one of our cozy, traditionally furnished parlours.

The restaurant welcomes not only our hotel guests, but of course also external visitors.
